Erika-Elizabeth's Review: Grandpa Guff is the author of Grandpa Guff and the Pasta Wars. He starts telling another one of his funny and unbelievable stories. The story begins at home as his character talks about the Pasta Wars. The Italian people came and started up restaurants. Everyone wanted their restaurants to be better and some began copying their ideas. This made them mad and soon a war began. I didn't really have a favourite part because I loved all of this story but if I had to pick, it would be everyone thinking Grandpa Guff was the saboteur I loved the illustrations in this book as many of them were hilarious. I liked how the book was funny and unpredictable. I always wondered what may happen next. 5 Stars

ISBN: 978-1484903100 Erika-Elizabeth's Review: G. Guff's Granpa Guff, the Accidental Astronaut leave the reader in suspense right from the start of the book. The story is about how Grandpa Guff accidentally ends up on a trip to Mars. He has some troubles along the way when he meets some hairy spiders who were Mexican Barking Spiders. The illustrations were good and many were quite humorous while depicting gross and funny parts of the book. As a nine year old girl, I think all children will like this book. The story has a mysterious air to it as Granpa Guff has you believing his story may be real. The book was very descriptive and well-written and I loved how imaginative the names of the cities were. I think the book is a great read for children and is quite funny. 5 Stars
